Please ID this Orchid

I bought this mounted orchid at a plant festival a couple of years ago. It had no label, and I thought it was a bulbophyllum.

I just saw the first flower I have ever seen on it, now I am not so certain about bulbo.

This is a very tiny orchid. Each pseudobulb is only about a half inch, the leaf may add another inch or so.

The flower is fingernail size. Here are 3 pics.

Any ideas?

It's an encyclia. The flower looks like bractescens but not the foliage. Sorry I couldn't figure out the exact species.

It looks like polybulbon. But it's flower is suppposed to be over an inch tall. Is it fragrant? It's a cute bloom, good luck on getting an ID.

It's a hybrid, probably a primary cross between a Zygo species and Aganisia (Acacallis) cyanea -- or even a 2nd or 3rd generation hybrid including these species along with others. They became popular about 10 years ago and are continuing to be further hybridized. The primary crosses go under Zygonisia, but the later crosses often include a few other species and the name changes from Zygonisia. I clobbered one I had several years ago. Probably kept it too wet. your queen palm is a Roystonea I think. Your two unidentified palms are PseudophoenixÃ¢ÂÂ¦ first one is probably sargentii, but can't tell what the others areÃ¢ÂÂ¦ could also be sargentii, but could be vinifera, too.

It Looks like something in the cattleya alliance to me. You will need flowers to get anything more specific. Even if I am correct on the alliance, there are tens of thousands of plants that would fit that description. It’s also extremely dehydrated because it has absolutely no roots. It will take a good deal of nurturing and several years before it’s back to health enough to flower. Are you an experienced grower with a growing area suitable for recovery?

You guys are so helpful, thank you! I looked at Jay P's Internet Orchid Encyclopedia and polybulbon is the plant I have.
I read there that it likes full sun, which would explain why I have never noted it blooming, and possibly why it only has one flower now...I have been growing it in very dappled shade, thinking it was some sort of a tiny bulbophyllum. I will have to step it out into brighter light and see if I can get it to flower more!
