I'm not getting the best view on my screen (I can't tell too much about the leaves-- they look essentially smooth and round? and I can't tell if the long dark streak is actually part of the plant-- sorry about that). My first thought was Pilea (money plant, among other names), but that's pretty much a shot in the dark.

Hard to say, it looks like a sedeveria or graptoveria of some kind. Very pretty though! Luckily, this is all you really need to know in order to care for it. I would google both types until you find a match. Obnoxiously well draining potting medium, protection from frost, lots of sunlight ought to do it. From the looks of the rosy tips & compact rosettes, it's already accustomed to a good bit of sun, this is GREAT!! Good luck with it 8D
