Hard to say, it looks like a sedeveria or graptoveria of some kind.

Very pretty though!

Luckily, this is all you really need to know in order to care for it.

I would google both types until you find a match.

Obnoxiously well draining potting medium, protection from frost, lots of sunlight ought to do it.

From the looks of the rosy tips & compact rosettes, it's already accustomed to a good bit of sun, this is GREAT!!

I'm not getting the best view on my screen (I can't tell too much about the leaves-- they look essentially smooth and round? and I can't tell if the long dark streak is actually part of the plant-- sorry about that). My first thought was Pilea (money plant, among other names), but that's pretty much a shot in the dark.

That's Aloysia citrodora, Lemon Verbena, as Fata says. Not to be confused with Lemon Balm, Melissa officinalis.

If you can pot it up to a larger pot, and get it outdoors in summer (acclimating to part sun over a month's period), it will likely grow a lot faster and larger for you, unless you do not want it larger. Eventually there will be many leaflets per petiole (stem). Leaflets are very tough and stiff on this cycad - thus the nickname 'cardboard palm'.
