Yellowing Oncidium leaves under CFL and daylight

I purchased several oncidiums in recent months (late fall/winter) after they'd bloomed and placed them next to a window that gets afternoon sun, but most of the time it's bright or dull winter light, not direct sun. The window has LoE glass. I added 2 42 watt CFLs (2700K and 6500K) on a timer (6hrs/day) on the other side to supplement the natural light. I've used bloom booster fertilizer (monthly) to encourage a 2nd bloom. The ambient temperature is 60 deg. The leaves continue to turn bright yellow and one oncidium has leaves that turn leathery. I'm a first timer with oncidiums so I'm not sure what I'm doing wrong. I've moved the CFL's further away but read that oncidiums like high light. I've misted lightly on occasion in the daytime so the water can evaporate. I've also started misting with physan weekly to prevent disease.
