Probably Cycas revoluta, not a palm but rather a gymnosperm.
Highly toxic to pets and people, BTW.

That looks like it. Thanks for the warning too. I was wondering if they were poisonous because just handling them made my hands feel weird. I will try to grow it anyway cause as a container plant in the north there is not much chance of it bearing fruit. My friend said they had cut down the tree. Maybe because its dangerous.
