neat topper for amber totem

If any of you do eBay and want to spend the money, this sure would be a pretty topper for an amber totem!

Oh that's so pretty and a very good reason I don't ebay! LOL I'd blow my non-existent budget in a heartbeat. I used a "sort-of-similar" gold bird that's an Avon bottle in a totem. Not as nice but a lot cheaper. I think it was 25Â¢ but it has a plastic head which might eventually fade in the sun.

WOW, Marlene, those are wonderful. The blue is my favorite, tho you sure made it hard to choose just one! The green is right there with it! I love the little girl topper. And all that neat amber glass you found....beautiful. PLEASE don't make my Totem Fever come back! LOL. After filling my yard with 17 totems, I decided enough. In fact, my garage was so full of glass pieces to make more, that this Spring I bit the bullet and re-donated most all of it to GW. I kept just a few pieces to make a couple of planned totems, and told myself I'm NOT buying more glass. (unless its tiny pieces to make the "totems on a stick" for plant pots. I haven't done those yet.) But you are definitely making it hard not to go glass hunting again. hugs, Karen

Purplemoon - I am in AWE of your totems! The pitcher frog is so cute!!! I love the colors and how you put them together. And, the amber totems are so "classy" ... wow, I am amazed at how you glass/mosaic people come up with these wonderful finished pieces!! Haven't ventured into totems yet (nor bb's)...but I keep tucking away pieces of glass now in my garden shed. And I'm ready to do a "rope-wrapped" bowling ball for my nautical part of pool garden...just plain and simple ol' haymow rope. Glad you had a "blonde" day ... or not a "blonde" day, whatever??? I'm so sorry about all the problems and breakage on the red one. Awful for that happen. But it looks nice now. I do like Tasy on some of mine. And definitely let them all set over-night before I move any. That birdbath is absolutely GORGEOUS. I love, love, love it. What great colors! Hmmm, you gave me some ideas for hummingbird glass feeders. (I think that cobalt bottle I recently showed with the metal hanger must've been one). But I found a large round multicolored globe in a neat copper holder and been trying to figure how to do something with the bottom so I could hang it. Thank you for inspiration. hugs, Karen

I wish too that I could buy that BIRD! You're right, it would be the PERFECT totem topper. Even if I can't buy it, I enjoyed that you posted it. I love almost EVERYTHING "bird". Thanks, Karen!

Oooooooooo ... aaaaaaaaaaaah Love the golden birdy! Now if I only had a place to put a totem! lol! I will have to keep an eye out for something like that at the thrift stores. I hope someone here gets it so we can see it on a finished totem!
