Garlic, which varieties are your favorites?

I grew several varieties this year, Persian Star is so far my favorite as far as flavor goes but the heads are quite small (isn't that always the way), a bit finicky to peel but my favorite for garlic toast and salad dressing. Music on the other hand had huge cloves, easy to peel has a fairly pungent flavor. I used to grow a lot of Spanish Roja but haven't found a source for this one until this fall but they were sold out for 2010, will try again for 2011.

I prefer hard necks, the cloves are more uniform in size and easier to peel. What are some of your favorite varieties?
