Storage for garden junk

Hi, Here's my pile of garden junk treasures down the side of the house. Pretty, huh? Well, in November we had to move all the junk out of the way for the pool demo guy to get equipment in. We had them remove the old sidewalk too. We planted succulents in the flower bed to the left in the pics and had a guy put the bricks on sand sidewalk in for us. I'm working on a wooden fence to cover up the back yard chain length fence and have collected a lot of fence boards from the curb. When a friend closed her Hallmark card shop recently, she gave us several Gorilla shelf units. They were too tall for the space, so we cut them shorter, then filled in between them with the short pieces we cut off. It gave us a total of 42 feet of storage, 18 in. deep. We added some wood to the tops to support a roof and made the roof from lots of wood laying around the yard, and some metal ceiling tiles that were given to us by a friend who's a builder. We made more shelf supports from 2x4s we already had and screwed them onto the racks, then put more shelf boards on them. The doors are 3 feet wide, so there are 2 for each unit. They hang from the frame on screws by eye screws that are on the tops of the doors. We used mis-mixed house paints that we had on hand. We were nearly finished when DH discovered that we were short about 6 eyescrews, so went and spent $2.00 for a pack of them. That's the only money we spent on the whole unit. We'll be adding some sort of handles to the doors, although they work ok with just the boards, and junking it up with something, and possibly even painting the wood. NOW to see if all that crap fits in it, lol. Linda
