Will Tomcot grow in 4A?

After reading all the dripping posts about Tomcot apricots, I am wondering if people have had any success with them in zone 4a or 3b? I have baby Westcot and Sugar Pearl trees that I am watching over, but every time I plant a tree, I then read about another variety that sounds more promising and wish I had that one. I also have tried hardy peaches, but they both died the first winter. Northwoodswis
