February POTM?

OK, I've been mulling this one in the few brain cells I have left, and want to know if this would be good...

Having been tagged, I'd like to see our creative juices being challenged, so in essence the project is up to you but there are some criteria and they are as follows;

1)The item should be somewhat folk artish which I see as something which has 'fun' to it and is whimsical or has a whimsical element to it.

2)There should be at least one movable part. Windchimes/whirlygig - anything.

3)Colour. At least one primary colour somewhere, preferably more.

I know I would be challenging myself to get out of the box if you all agreed to something like this, so what say you??

Tiffy, sorry, I posted started another thread and thought I was on this one. I was accepting.. .. gives us a wide field and good parameters. Guess I need to take my old brain to bed, lol. June

That's OK. :) I could use some more sleep at this time of year too what with the days still short and it being so cold at times.

Very pretty! The red and clear looks great together. Love the rose. I'd love to see this and some others lit from the inside, boy that would be almost impossible though wouldn't it. Maybe a string of white mini lights behind it at night. It's beautiful! Donna

Looks like Love/Valentines Day is the theme. But you do not have to vote to participate. Some can jump in at the last minute and make one and post pic. Each one we see makes us want to get busy and do one...I have one staring me in the face to finish, yeeeee haw... They is no winner and no prize....just lots of fun and new ideas for everyone. Glad you did this nmgirl. We need some stimulation after the activity of Christmas and a sit and vegetate month.

Hi Cait, That is really cute!! Primary colors are my favorite, and I like that it's graphic and the design is simple. It looks like it can be seen clearly from a distance. My son visited Australia a couple of years ago and brought back a book filled with MAMBO stuff. Wow, that stuff is hilarious!! Have you seen it? Linda

Sorry, I am so late posting. Was on a trip in the MH, and internet was so slow that I got behind in reading all the posts. I'll see what I can come up with for February. Still need to post my January one too--but it sure is not as pretty as before the flowers got hit with the freezing temps! Luvs
