What to do with watery corn?

pitcom

In the past 2 weeks we have had over 18" of rain. Yeah you read that right. Eighteen inches, and it is still raining. I have over 200 ears of Kandy Korn maturing during this time. Now that they are ready to be picked, they are so water laden they have no flavor whatsoever. I could just as soon drink a glass of water and pretend I am eating this corn, thats about how good it is. Unfortunately, i won't get to see how good this variety supposedly tastes. No matter how much i was wishing to enjoy this corn, I am certainly not going to eat 200 water logged ears.

Is there anything I can do with this corn besides throw it in the compost bin?
