Dried sour cherries

Sooooo much better than raisins.

I'm sick of putting up pie filling. Thought of cherry wine but the last time it was extremely sour so I want to get a bit better at making sweet wine before I try that again, and with the high brix this year any blend would end up too alcoholic for me.

Decided to try drying them mainly to see how it would be making raisins because I have no idea what I'm going to do with all my grapes.

If I didn't have post dental visit tooth pain I wouldn't be able to stop eating them.
