Attention all JT '09 stationmasters, please read!!

As my other post stated, this next round of addresses will finish our current address list.

Do we want to keep it going?

I'm more than happy to be the conductor again. Marlene, will you still assist?

If y'all would like, I can mix up the addresses so we'll all have new "send to" people.

Thoughts?

Suggestions?

Hi Nine, Two of them are cortez burgandys, and the little third one is a real bright red [not sure of the name] I lost the gorgeous marble star this spring when it was pruned back :( Thats two kind of fancy ones![the ruffled didnt make it either. Oh, Jeanne, I believe you have a country music career ahead of you! I LOVE COUNTRY MUSIC. Grew up on it. :o) So, I would buy your album! I am soooooooo excited! I figured out who is getting the box first! I had to look up in our Secret Santa notes who lives in Michigan and whose name sounds like a cookie!!! :o) This is so much fun! Sylvia, thanks for getting the train out of storage! What a great idea! I can't wait to start seeing posts! I think the train would get stuck here in Washington State though! Wednesday marks the third day of no school! Gives me time to gather things for the junk box...when I'm not shoveling the roof! I have the "Petticoat Junction" theme song running through my head! Thank you NMgirl. Your post has clarified everything for me. I really appreciate it. I understand how it is done and I want to participate in the Junk Train. It sounds like it is really a lot of fun to join in. I guess I will do both!!! The more junk the merrier! Thanks for taking the job as coordinator again. I think the guidelines are very clear as to what is expected from the participants. So whenever you give the GO signal, I will sign up.

Hi Karen, I'm not sure what comments on the box contents you're looking for. I probably don't understand what you're asking. To my understanding the box contains items that can be used to make garden junk. We aren't sending complete projects, which why I asked for a wish list when you send in your snail mail address. Hey Marlene! Re: send-to addresses I think I've been remiss in explaining this. Sorry, my oversight. I'm planning on doing it as I assumed Santa Kirk did the SS addresses. I have a list started and will assign addresses in more or less the order they come in. I will email you your addressee's info. along with items from their wish list. I've had several people sign onto the JT and ask that their personal info not be circulated at large. The only way I could think to give out addresses and keep some form of privacy is with the above method. If you have a better idea of how to do this please let me know. Sylvia

Thank you ladies for volunteering to be the conductors! It is so much fun to see all the stops and the things that are added to the junk train. And, of course, JT's adventures are priceless. I think mixing up the names and addresses is a great idea.

She's coming to my house soon! I'd love to take the trip on the train again after everyone gets on board the first time.
