Apricot treees out of control, pruning?

I have two apricot trees. Supposedly a 'Chinese Super Hardy' and a 'Moorpark'. I bought them to be dwarfs from Millers but they are not and they feel out of control. They both might actually be the same tree.

Any suggestions how I might prune them for most fruit towards lower part of the tree? last year I cut off 3 feet or more from the tops of the branches. They grew very fast and most of the fruit set is in the center of the branches.

The trees were planted in 2003 and 2004. The little person in the picture is 4 feet tall and is in front of the tree which was planted in 2004. The 2004 tree is about 2 feet smaller than the older tree.

The trees are really robust.

Thank you for any help.
