Cucumber Beetles...thinking forward to next year

So...they have destroyed my 14 cuke plants. They have destroyed my 3 zucchini plants. Looks like they are migrating to my birdhouse gourd plants...will probably hit the loofa and watermelons next.

From what I have been reading, they overwinter in the dirt and under debris? Thinking ahead to next year, what positive preditors can I purchase NOW, put in the dirt, so that next year when they come out of hibernation, the good bugs can eat the evil cuke bugs?

Is there something I can add to my dirt to ensure that they die while overwintering (the cuke bugs).

I will rotate, but they seem to be moving around my garden now.

Help!
