My new year s gift to myself! andJunior.

I have been greiving my Daisy Dog's passing(4 mos ago) and waiting to find another dog.

Junior was missing her and very depressed.

But it seemed every time I was to get a dog something just didnt work out. I needed a little non duck threatening dog. One day after being misled on a Craigs List lead I stopped in at the Pet Store to just look.

Thats when I fell in love. He had been a RETURN, already enduring hernia surgery and they were readying for a new shipment of puppies. They wanted to make room so the price was right and he melted my heart. He is such a doll and has many of Daisy's traits such as toe licking and snoring LOL.Hes such a floppy Lovableragdog and Junior and he are great companions!

You are really going to enjoy Arizona aren't you? No snow, no ice and hopefully no falls. You are luckier than either myself or my son with your falls. Hopefully you can stay on your feet the rest of he winter. We sure hope to stay on ours. Couldn't go to church Christmas Sunday nor Christmas eve as our short little drive was blocked. The man who said he would open it, didn't, and we kept expecting him. Finally Christmas afternoon, we found someone else. I was terribly disappointed, especially for Christmas eve. Have a great New Years., and stay on your feet.

The ducks don't seem to mind after all hes smaller than them and Junior doesnt phase them either
I told my hubby that we are only getting dogs this small at our age and NO more terriers(except maybe a Yorkie)
I have seen more elderly folks bring home a terrier, LAB or Golden retriever and get dragged and brake their bones.
I actually put Mickey in the baby buggy with lil Samantha and went for a walk. He was totally content.

Awwwwww, he is so sweet and cute. I think your right about the small dog and certain breeds being easier to care for. I wish I could get another furchild, but I don't think Smidge (current pillow princess) would adjust, she just ignores all dogs and tries to get away from them. Looks like Jr. is a great companion for puppies and humans. And of course that GB is too darling for words.
