You've got a few minor bug issues, but the tree looks fine overall. The new leaves are not as deep green as they should be so you will want to fertilize it slightly but frequently with an organic nitrogen rich fertilizer balanced with maybe some seaweed to supply magnesium, zinc, iron and calcium. Most of what appears to be "leaf wrinkling" will go away with the calcium supplement. and by leaf wrinkling, I don't mean the dramatic leaf curling caused by the insect damage. Looking again, you really need to get that tree some calcium... you may want to try calcium nitrate. The lighter green tinge between the veins will go away with the magnesium and zinc... just don't over do the whole fertilizer thing.

Under the Tanaka classification system, Citrus unshiuis considered a separate species from the mandarin. Under the Swingle system, unshius are considered to be a group of mandarin varieties For our our purposes it doesn't matter what it is only it's characteristics. its a mandarin no matter how you cut it

My Owaris are not even turning color yet. Armstrong are about half gold and are tasty! Clem-Yuz 2-2 are ready, but need sugar additive for a lemony ade drink. 'Oroblanco' fruits are getting heavier. Probably won't be ready until spring.

Hmm, interesting. It's hard to tell from the picture but the leaves don't really look too similar to any of the Yuzu seedlings I have grown. My Yuzu seedlings seem to be able to survive outside pretty good in zone 8a, Olympia, WA. I don't know, it might be able to grow outside where you are, in 7b, if you have it close against a wall. But a Clementine-Yuzu hybrid I had was not able to do so well. It slowly declined after 3 years and finally died after only a mild winter. I might have had more luck with yuzuquat.
