I used to be so bad about not labeling seeds when I snatched them, because at the time I was sure I would remember for awhile. This past winter I sowed a few of those mysteries and I will have to post a photo or two, myself! I got some cute yellow flowers, I hope they're perennial!

I learned a method from King Arthur Flour for kneading dough where you spray the counter with Pam to avoid using bench flour when kneading and forming dough. So a light spray of olive oil (either from a mister or Pam-type olive oil sprays) would seem reasonable for pizza dough. It's quickly absorbed into the dough. I form pizza dough on the pan with oiled hands - just pat it out. Having used the oiled counter method, I can't think that cleaning a light film of olive oil any worse than cleaning up bench flour. A paper towel for olive oil and a bench knife for bench flour, then a wash with hot soapy water. Personally, I use a Silpat for forming or rolling-out yeast breads; and I handle the dough with oiled hands - NO bench flour or oiled counter necessary when using a Silpat. I usually make dough in the bread machine, but I'll also knead dough on a Silpat when making it by hand. -Grainlady

I personally think you have 2 options - 1) to hang a long curtain and 2) to build out the drywall and put in double french doors. I don't think you'd want your living room to have all that glass showing, it's different when it goes to the outside, I think, which is usually where you see double sets of french doors. Making your inside doors slide to the outside doors sounds expensive and I think the drywall option is cheaper. You can definitely re-use the room as a DR with the french doors, I think.

prolly every single person on this forum has gotten seeds from Trudi and prolly more than once. I did the WS offer and the Tomato offer (a couple times).

Lots of people here donate seeds to here too.

totally awesome!! it totally works!! keep an eye on stuff and your fine!! use every single container you can find!! LOL i've used the 5 gal buckets you can get for free at walmart and them kinda places if you ask at the bakery. and them big butter tubs, if its bigger i used them!! LOL its way to awesome!! and fun!! i can't go on enough about the roots on them!! OMGoodness!! they are HUGE!!! better than at the store!! **dreaming it was here already!!** LOL ~Medo who's just slightly goofy!! LOL

I just learked for a year before I tried it, Don't be as silly as I was. Last year was my 1st year WSing, It was very successful, & now I have moved on to seed snatching! LMAO hahaha Be careful, you will become one of us !!!! BIG GRINS & WELCOME :)))))

Got my free seeds from Trudi as well.

Giant Red Amaranth, Sweet corn, Tomatoes, hosta mix, poppy mix, and a couple others I can't recall.

Going to be wintersowing for the first time this year.

First time last year opened up a whole new hobby for me! Pic it up,
Fun,easy,interesting,awesome. I was giving flowers to everyone! Every one is so help full. I also got my seeds from Trudi. It's like opening up a present. Can't wait to see my 2cd year blooms on perennials next season! Have been planning this years for months!
