Deformed apple blossoms -- frozen?

A few of my apple varieties have some "deformed" looking blossoms. The petals are smaller and more curved-in (cupped) shape and the center of the flower looks a bit odd as well. I had a 26F morning at full pink and wonder if this did damage on some varieties. 90% of the varieties have no damage at all, and only a minority of blossoms on any tree are damaged. At first I thought it was fireblight but the blossoms are not wilting, they seem to be progressing along. I will be following these guys to see if fruits form on them but I am doubtful.
