Have a few goodies for a few patient traders!

Hi everyone!

Ive been really bogged down, working hard this year and havent been able to trade as usual. (By this time in previous years....Ive probably traded 30-50 times!) Looking to make a few trades but can only get to the post office on Thursdays now...so the first trades I would be able to mail out would probably be Thursday Dec 18th. I have good rate and reviews and promise you will get your trade! Please take a look....my list would be more extensive if I just had time but I do have lots of unusual items. Good job picking up that Frithia pulchra! They've been showing up recently for the first time in my area. I bought all 4 the first week, then all 4 the second week, (I always get multiples for seed production) so now I have 8 and mine are flowering too. The flowers are taking a long time to open so be patient. Yes, they have similar care to Lithops and other Mesembs but they seem to like to stay moist, being from the grasslands. Also, they seem to prefer more shade than other Mesembs. Some sun won't hurt but I would give it the same amount of light as you would a Haworthia or Gasteraloe, limited sun, bright indirect light. Keep it from turning pink. If the leaves feel soft to the touch, it needs a little drink but don't soak it, just a sip. The condition you describe of your Gasteraloe sounds like it had too much sun, dried out, maybe the roots had died off. You seem to have revived it nicely so just keep doing what you're doing. Some plants have an actual dormant period and some just grow better at certain times of year. I personally only change up my routine for Haworthias, Aeoniums and Mesembs. Everything else does fine with regular watering year-round. Eventually, you'll learn to read the plants and react accordingly instead of following set rules.

I love your LeMax figures..they look vintage and I love both buildings you found.. Never saw a 'Reindeer Stable' before - and with names too... that's adorable! Cute Golfing Santa cookie jar - the little bear is a sweet sidekick! Now all you have to do is fill it with 'Mr O's' favorite cookies! The bird figurine was a good price and looks like a quality piece. I think you did well with your shopping finds Karen..I can see you smiling from here! jane

I am expecting some seeds in soon from a few trades and will be in touch in a few weeks after they come in. By then I will have a better idea what to ask for, and I may have a few more things on your want list.

I would like to do a trade.

stevia: natural sugar plant
black eyed susan vine: yellow and orange mix
celosia: tall plume variety white
celosia: tall plume variety pink
millet: red/purple
gomphrenea: (globe amaranth) dark purple, lite purple, white and strawberry fields red
tithonia: mexican sunflower

I have 12 different varieties of zinnias and 8 different varieties of sunflowers (maybe some you don't already have?)

Wow! What a list!

I would absolutely LOVE some Black Eyed Susan Vine. I don't know if anything I have is of interest but here's the list:

Hi everyone,

Was able to mail trades out on Saturday to yotetrapper, sassy butterfly, flowergardenlady, and drippy. Can mail out to booboobearbecky on Monday.
