I have fresh Aristolochia / Dutchman's Pipe / Pipe Vine / Birthwort seeds for trade

The photos can say more about the plants than I can

If you have a fence you would like to cover / They make a great privacy screen

Or

They can be controlled by growing them in a large pot with a trellis

All seeds are fresh & have been harvested within the last few weeks

I am Not a seed counter / Will send a nice amount

I'm in zone 6 and have Aristolochia macrophylla, but the seeds aren't ripe yet; the seed pods are still green. I can save them for you if you want to send a SASE. Sorry but I don't need any seeds as I'm downsizing. I get Pipevine Swallowtail caterpillars on my pipevine every year and am raising some right now. Cathy

You're finding conflicting information because there are so many different types. Of those most cold hardy and reliably perennial, some are warm/cold/cool germinators and would benefit from sown approximately 70F for 2-4 weeks, move to 35-40F for 4-6 weeks, then to 50ishF for germination. Germination can be improved in others by a 90 day moist chill, and the types grown as annuals can be sown warm with no pretreatment.
