Blueberry - Repotting?

I have two older blueberry plants in fairly large pots.

They have been in there for about four years. They grew and produced only a few berries the first year or two.

The next year or two they were completely neglected.

This year I gave them some love. Nice fertilizer (for acid loving plants), more even watering, some new peat. Cleaned out other weeds from the pot. Tried to take off the moss like stuff growing on top. (i know, bad!)

They are quite resilient. They are growing nicely again, not as much leaf, but quite a few flowers. One is doing better than the other.

The one thing is, they do seem somewhat "crowded" in the pot. I can't really go to a much bigger pot, but I am wondering if I should take them out, and clean them up, clean out the pot, add some more amendments and fresh soil.

What do others do for their blueberries in pot? Do you just amend on top, best you can? do you do anything else to clean out what is in the pot?

Any other tips that I should know about?

(oh, i got two more bare root blues this spring and they are coming along nicely, in smaller pots for now, next to the other older blues)

Thanks

Dana
