Question about Raised Bed Sizes for Fruit Growing

I am helping my father design his new patio area and I had a question about raised bed sizes for growing fruit in. His property has a small amount of flat space and then a sloped bank that goes down to a river, most of the planting will be done in terraces on that slope and I'm wondering how deep and wide they should be for the different fruits being planted. I've done a bit of research and this is what I came up with:

For the larger shrubs like Blueberry, Currant or Gooseberry: 3-4 feet wide and 6-10 feet long.

For the smaller plants like Strawberry, Lowbush Blueberry, Lingonberry, and maybe Raspberry: 2 feet wide and 3-6 feet long.

The beds will be spaced 6-8 feet apart, with wide paths between them for ease of access to the fruit. They will be open at the bottom so the roots can grow as deeply as they want. Does this sound like a good place to start?
