Hi Kvalentz/Kathy, I don't have any rooted, but can try the method of wounding the vine stem a bit and pinning that to some soil to try and root some. They should root easily that way...hopefully. Then we could maybe get together some things we discussed earlier...and send all at once...say early/mid Sept...sound like a plan? I can do some of the other 'pink seeded' ones as well. Konrad,are you looking for wine grapes or fresh eating/ juice grapes? the varieties you listed above are classified as being wine.The only red wine varieties I have that might be hardy enough for your climate are Radisson (ES 5-17) and Rubiana.I can't comment on average ripening times as they are a new item added in 2010. We did get a small crop of berries last year but my sons pet turkey ate them before we got to try any!The only other reccomendation I have are germanica and valiant which are very early, both have that welches grape juice kind of flavor to them. Boizeau, the only source I knew of for cuttings State side was Lon Rombough and I hear that he has passed. In Canada we have two great sources, Bert Dunn and Peter Salonius. You can check Konrads link to Bert Dunn and see the numerous selections he has.Unless someone else chimes in with a source looks like you are going to pay big money for a potted plant with all the shipping charges. I'm planting Muscat of Alexandria, Summer Muscat, Princess, and Jupiter. All are reported to have some Muscat flavor. The only one I've fruited so far is Princess. It's good but not nearly as good as Summer Royal in my viewfinder. I'm trying to find out just what this Muscat flavor entails. What are the best Muscat grapes just to find out what we're dealing with here?
