Wow! Yes all are with 3 leaflets it seems. If you look at the younger tree close up you can see it. There doesn't seem to be any singles or 2-together... I have not smelled anything noticeable. The trees lose tons of leaves even in our monsoon and warm weather. Doesn't seem to hurt the trees ( they aren't dying, they just lose leaves a lot and grow them back fast ). The trees are in my backyard as well as the backyard of the place across from me. The owners of the place across from me don't know either. I live in Arizona. Zone 9 from zip code. I'll have to look at the Choiysia. We have all kinds of weird hybrids. I don't think it's native to arizona, but it is able to handle the climate amazingly well. Thanks everyone!!!

It of course increases the cost but you can probably hire a handyman to assemble the Ikea Expedit. Also, the store has a list of companies that can do this as well - if I remember correctly, online, you can order much of their furniture, pay to have it delivered ($99 for my zip code) and you can add to the order, the task of assembling. The contractor doing our bathroom which was totally gutted with all new tile/countertop/etc. included "hacking" Ikea Godmorgen cabinets as part of the job. He agreed to make something a bit different which I had drawn a picture of for him as a guide. I'm very pleased with how it turned out. I can't say the end result was "cheap" but it certainly was something that I could never have purchased without this help.

I should've said that drying acorns is not an exact science. Over drying and they will lose their viability. Whether they are float tested and/or sunk for 24 hours to remove weevils... place them on drying racks or cardboard until they are surface dried and then place them in ziplock bags and put them into your refrigerator. If heavy condensation develops inside the ziplock bag, remove them and dry them a day at a time and return them to your refrigerator. Only until the inside of the ziplock bag shows mist-sized droplets of 1/4 to 1/3 of the bag are they ready. Any large water droplets and you must dry them more. My above statement of two weeks is what I have done in the past and I still had far too much condensation inside my bags. You would be much safer to go thru the process a day or two days at a time until optimal condensation is achieved. All the best, Dax
