Okay. So I bought some larkspur and direct sowed them into the dirt today at 4:30 -- can you believe it was already dark? What I did was took some miracle grow potting mix and worked it into my soil in my purple garden and put in the seeds and then lightly watered and then put a layer of potting mix and then lightly watered. It looked like I just lightly watered; it was not soaked. So now I'm wondering since it was 50 today and will go into the 30s possibly this week if these seeds will do okay. Also, I'm wondering if I should mulch since everything else in that garden is mulched.
