Pruning Old Apples (and a Pear) to get them back into Fruiting.

Hello,

I have some decent experience with general pruning, but when it comes to pruning fruit trees i dont really know what i'm doing, so i took some photos of the 3 trees that i would like to prune this winter, if you are interested in helping me decide how to prune please take a look. Typed advice is great, but even better if you want to open up the photos in paint and draw red lines on it where you would cut that would be super helpful. Thanks!

Tree #1 - Pear, usually bears decently every 2 year, this spring it lost a large limb in a storm and then was defoliated TWICE by moths... i'm surprised its still alive.

Tree # 2 Apple, hasn't had a good crop in years, but has a decent framework and is healthy.

Tree #3 - Apple, hasn't had a good crop in years. The large limb on the right has some serious damage about 1/2 to 3/4 of the way up. http://img.photobucket.com/albums/v444/infiniteohms/fruittrees003.jpg
