White fuzz on tomato plants

SummerCedar

I'm growing a tomato in a pot in my front yard, and it has started to look sickly. There are small white webs on the bottom of some of the leaves, though I can't see any bugs. Some of the leaves are yellowing too, though I can't figure out why. It's not white flies or aphids, I've dealt with those before, and I'm pretty sure it's not spider mites or mealy worms (though I have never seen mealy worms before). I water it every day when it is hot, and every other day when it is not. I wait for the soil to be relatively dry before I water, but not wilting the plant. :( I can't figure it out.
