Feeding Goats

Could anyone please help clarify something for me? I know the best way to feed sheep and/or goats is to feed them their specific feed, which I am currently doing. But, I have someone that is giving me 10 bags of Purina Omolene 200 which is a 14% horse feed, and I'm wondering if it is "safe" to feed a horse feed to either the sheep or goats if I mix it in slowly with what they are now eating. I know the sheep aren't supposed to have copper, but I can't remember which animal shouldn't eat either horse/cattle feed.

Anyone have suggestions? Thanks!
