Anyone have sucess hatching baby turkeys?

I have a pair of breeding turkeys that are producing a good amount of fertile eggs.I have 19 eggs in the incubator now 7 were due to hatch out this friday, but after candling them 2 days ago it seems that only 2 of those 7 are still alive. They were all alive last week.I had another hatch about 2 weeks ago with only 1 of 8 fertile eggs hatching. The other eggs had died just days of the hatch date.

I now have 1 lonely 2 week old turkey and hope that those 2 live eggs make it to hatch.

My incubator is just a still air incubator set at 100 degrees.I'm wondering if maybe I should invest in a circulated air model .But I thought by the time I get one my hen may stop laying.I've had her since april and she has layed about 60 or more eggs already.

Any adive would be greatly appricated .I have found almost no information on the web about this sort of thing.

Also how can I sex my baby turkeys?

Thanks Ann.
