Raising baby ducks

I have a pair of Orpington ducks (male and female). The female has made a nest and is sitting on her eggs. I also have three Peking ducks that share the same pond. They are not in an enclosure and are free to do what they want, and I am afraid that other animals in the area may harm the ducklings if they are hatched. Should I interfere and incubate the eggs myself and raise the ducklings or should I let nature take its course?
