SASE Headache

I just received second email from a person that says they sent sase back in Nov. that never was returned back. Back in Nov. I did quite a few sases and when I do sases,I don't keep track or a record of them. I just fill the request and put it back in the mail within a week of receiving. Now my question is,if I didn't get the sase or if I did and it was lost on the return...who's responsible for postage second time around? If it was a trade,I wouldn't hestitate replacing seeds lost in transit but am I responsible for replacing sase seeds? I guess I'm really peeved because there's a slight hint of accussation that I misappropriated this person's stamps for my own use.

Really turns me off to doing sases when I get this type of email....not the lost in mail part but the tone.
