WANTED: Host plants for Eastern Black Swallowtail cats

I have 5 Eastern Black Swallowtail caterpillars and they have nearly demolished my 4 fennel seedlings. I don't mind this as I had planted these herbs just for these particular caterpillars. Unfortunately, I don't have enough plant to feed them to maturity. I had hoped the plants would be bigger before any caterpillars showed up. There are no other suitable host plants for them near by. My neighbors are not gardeners.

If anyone in the vicinity of Westchester NY or NYC has excess fennel (herb), parsley, rue, dill, or other known host plants for these beautiful bugs, please let me know! I can pick up if nearby. I would prefer the whole plants so I can just stick them in next to the fennel for them to migrate to.

I can offer lemon balm or chocolate mint cuttings in exchange. I also have seeds for corn salad and carrots, which is great for when the cooler weather comes.

Prefer local.

Thanks!
