Good hand vac for sucking up whiteflies?

The whiteflies destroyed my brussels sprouts last year despite so many yellow sticky cards that from the house without my glasses on it looked like I was growing a garden of yellow flowers!

I tried Safer soap spray, releasing lady bugs, and spraying with the garden hose. Nothing really worked but at least they stayed on the brussels sprouts and left everything else alone.

This year, I want to get a hand vac to suck the little buggers up. Does anyone have a brand/model recommendation?

I am figuring I want one with a bag/filter so that I can dispose of the bugs more easily once they are sucked up (rather than opening the filter cup and having them all fly back out to spread their icky honeydew again).

I am also thinking that maybe I should look for one with variable power or a less powerful suction so that they don't suck the leaves and flowers right off my plants.

Any recommendations?

Thanks!
