My first raised vegetable garden

Whats up Gardeners? I decided to try my hand at gardening for the first time. I built a 5x5 raised garden.

I bought 10 square feet of soil.

I know its a lot for a beginner so I only planted a few seeds to start.

Indoors I planted Broccoli

and Brussels Sprouts

Outdoors I planted Cauliflower

and Carrots

I also planted Cucumber and Pumpkin outdoors. They were all planted on the 18th and 19th of February. It is still pretty cold out so I build a Greenhouse I guess you could call it, to protect from cold and other critters.

I am not seeing anything in the ground from the Cucumber or the Pumpkin. How long do I wait before I know for sure the seeds did not germinate? Would I have to dig out old seeds before planting new ones? Should I keep the greenhouse over the garden 24 hours a day? They would get at least 6 hours of sunlight each day without it. I am currently watering them twice a day and that is it. Please let me know any tips or suggestions you might have. As I mentioned this is my first attempt and I don't really know what I doing so I am not expecting much. Sorry for the lengthy post. Thanks for taking the time to read it.
