vegetable seed strips and seed discs

For root vegetables I'm thinking of using seed strips. This is because I can't make the rows straight, and even after they're thinned, they're placed close together.

Unfortunately there is a very limited variety with the vegetables available for seed strips. By varieties I mean they only have variety for carrots, one for beets, and that's it.

I'm wondering if there are vendors that offer a larger variety with seed strips?

The main varieties for root veggies with seed strips I'm looking for are listed below:

1.Daikon (large asian white radish)

2.Radish (the globe and elongated types; different colors; purple, red, white; the only thing I've found for radish is the red globe type)

3.Carrots (purple, orange, yellow, cream/white) I'd prefer carrots with smaller lengths (4"-6", no longer) since I do container gardening

Also heard you could make seed strips. How do you go about doing this?
