I usually keep my geraniums going several years by cuttings, although sometimes they start changing the color of the flowers. I had a taj mahal (I think that's how you spell it), a deep dark red almost chocolate, and after a years it turned a really pretty purple. This year I have lost every geranium I have, they all look like your picture, even the ones I have i nthe green house. I wonder why. flora

Ah, I had the same problem with my geraniums. I consulted with a local nursery owner. He said it would be catapillars, which are, he said, green and small. I flipped leaves and looked carefully, and yes, I found the culprits! You will be surprised by the number of the goons attaking each pot. I sprayed organic catapillar spray which does not affect other good bugs per his recommendation. My geranium that turned from green flowering healthy plant into a haggard eaten-up little plant with a few pathetic leaves--brown and nibbled up--rebounded. Still not seeing too many flowers but the leaves got green, round and abundant.

It looks like leaf spot to me. I'd cut it back and put the cuttings in the garbage so it can't spread to other plants. Pick up any plant debris around the area so it can't spread. Then I'd treat with a systemic fungicide. If it persists dig it out and don't plant anything there for a couple of years. Try not to wet the foliage of your plants when watering

I agree goluscombe , mites should be visible if you turn the leaf over and look very closely but it looks like a deficiency . First get a good liquid fertilizer and give it a medium strength feed but also check your soil how wet it is before you water , move the wood chips aside and dig up a inch of sand just to see if it is damp underneath , if it is, don't water , you don't want the substrate wet all the time and don't fertilize each time you water your plant.. once every 5th water is fine but also how little is a little soil , you mixture could even be off and not enough soil in the mix which means your dosing will have to be monitored a little closer , but once you have that down and your plant is healthy ... put a little Epsom salts in the pott and you may even end up with a few oranges .
