everyone else is correct, bring it outside asap. i'm not sure where you are in arizona, but you are probably close to zone 7. your tree is most likely a japanese juniper, these really prefer to be in a colder zone, but as long as you pay close attention you can make it work. you will want to check the soil several times a day. gently dig down an inch or so and if it's still moist then let it be. if it is dry, give it a good soak. as you are watering it don't worry about getting it too wet, the soil and pot are designed to not hold too much water. misting it once or twice a day is not a bad idea either. here is a good reference for general care: http://www.bonsai-bci.com/species/garden-juniper.html

I learned the hard way. Juniper can't live indoors. Mine died a couple of weeks ago. They require too much light. If the green parts are turning brown, it is probably too late. Gradually acclimate to outside and let it live outdoors.

Hi - thing is, it's hard to tell from here whether it's actually drying, or showing signs of overwatering - it's not always easy to tell the diff. and only you know how much you've given it how often, though reading over your first post and looking at the pebbles, I wonder if it has had enough... do you give it a decent drink each time, or only wet the top? The thing about stuck on pebbles also is that it doesn't allow natural drying of the soil underneath... so get them the heck off and see what's under there... and you can always come back here with results :). I find that the pointy end of a little bottle opener is a good 'lifter' to get started peeling the thing off from the centre - be very, very careful about what you do there stem and rootwise - the stones usually come of in chunky pieces.
