First I would like to ask if a ficus retusa and a ginseng ficus are the same thing. I am currently having a problem with mine. I have been spotting little mite looking things running around in the soil. At first I thought they might be spider mites, but I found no webs or spots on the leaves that are common for that particular pest. How could I identify the pest and kill it before it kills my tree? Also, I have it inside, but am thinking of moving it outside now that the weather is getting warmer. Would this be a good thing for the tree? I am new to this so please be patient with me. I would love any and all advice you could give me to save my tree.
