WANTED: Citrus Bonsai

Hi, I'm looking for they kind of bonsai I saw in my bellydance teacher's home. It was some kind of citrus, with the small fruit hanging from it. Any leads?

Calamondin or kumquat most likely.

I have 2 citrus seedlings one is about a foot tall, and the other is about 6 or 7 inches. Perhaps you can make them into a bonsai? The tall one is a grapefruit, the shorter is a valencia orange. If you are interested, please post or email and tell me what you are willing to trade. Thank you!

Hello, Do you live somewhere that you can grow these tropicals outside all year round (only a few states are good) or would you have to grow them inside (most likely under supplemental lights)? Your question's about citrus trees as bonsai, but the thing is that while it's certainly done, it's not really the point. What you're really asking is how to do bonsai, and that's an enormous subject because that's what you need to learn about, the citrus part is almost incidental except as it relates to my first question. So what you need to ask yourself really, is do you want to learn how to do bonsai (a lifelong pursuit and obsession if you're anything like the rest of us) or just have a cute citrus tree? WANTED: 'Bergamont' Citrus, Citrus bergamia

Installing a 'Tea Garden' and looking for the citrus tree used to make 'Bergamont'-flavoured Earl Grey tea. I believe the tree to be Citrus bergamia but it may be a cultivar or some sort. Go with the Calamondin, the fruit is about quarter size and round. The kumquat is the same size, but is oblong. The Calamondin will flower and have fruit all year long, except in the winter. They grow good indoor, even up north, as long as they get alot of light.
I would say away from the grapefruit or full size citrus. Odds are you wont get any fruit.

My father has a blood orange tree as a bonsai. It's about 2.5 to 3 feet tall and has one big blood orange on it. Blossoms and everything else though.

I'm going to be growing a loquat tree. I saw a couple of comments about calamondin and komquats...any hints for a loquat?
