It would be difficult to disguise a camera. All we have out there is a
mailbox, no shrubbery. Might be worth planting a shrub for that purpose
though. :)

He didn't realize we saw him this morning as we were in a part of the backyard that overlooks the street but we are kind of hidden. By the time husband made it to the street, the litterer creep was long gone.

It is just so infuriating that someone feels entitled to throw their trash in the street and on other people's properties, we want him to have to face the consequences. I think we'll see if we can find where he lives, get the license plate number of the truck, and file a complaint.

maifleur, rules can vary from place to place. Some are more politically driven than others, others are more factually driven.

California requires masks when indoors in places open to the public. If the American Lung Association has stated there's no evidence of adverse consequences for those wearing a mask, and a store is trying to do its part to enforce rules it's subject to, I wonder how someone could all the same claim there to be a problem? If a person alleging to be "medically disabled" starts swearing, when confronted, about "F.....g Democratic Pigs", you can be sure the non-compliance has nothing to do with a medical condition.
