I cut back a large edgeworthia this spring and put some in sphagnum moss, some in water, some in fluffy soil and some in the ground. I have 3 that have growth. Strangely they were the ones in water. I have propagated many plants and have never experienced this before. They are not producing roots, just little leaves. The craziest is one of them that's in water in a bud lite bottle has the growth on the bottom that's in the water. The others have the growth on the top that's out of the water. This is a phenomenon that I will never understand. I still have at least 40 cuttings that I'm waiting to see what they do.
