Let's write a FAQ of safe canning info sites

Looking for your ideas on links to SAFE info sources on food preservation. It will be (for now at least) a list of named links with a one to two sentence description of each.

For example:

National Center for Home Food Preservation - source for all current, research-based recommendations for most methods of home food preservation. Includes FAQs, research publications, recipes, problem solving and basic how-to tips.

Ball Fresh Preserving - provides recipes, a How-to-Can tutorial, preserving guides, and newsletter.

Bernardin Canada - offers a step-by-step guide to canning, recipes, and how-to videos.

University of Minnesota Extension - find details on food safety and recipes for canning, freezing, drying, and pickling for most all food categories.

University of Missouri Extension offers detailed instructions on food storage and all types of preservation as well as answers to frequent problems, how to modify recipes, and tips for special diets.

These are just a start. What other sites - I know there are many - should be included? What sites should NOT be included in the list and why?

Thanks to all.

Dave
