About me: Live on an old farm in Maine and started identifying the old plants left on the farm. I was surprised how many I could identify. Our zones vary from zone five down to forty five below zero. We live near a river and ocean at the rain/snow sleet zone. We can not predict our weather well here. Things died last winter that lived here for twenty years. We eat organic so I grow organic and share with our fellow neighbors.
I make my husband work hard in our raised perenial beds. We have one maltese cross bed, one square border, fours beds, on L shaped border about four beds, a back border and three vegetable gardens raised and compost our stuff.
