Window Accents is a shop at home decorating service focusing on the design and fabrication of custom draperies, valances, shades and bedding for clients in the Chattanooga, TN and surrounding areas. We also provide privacy with wood blinds and plantation shutters. We have been servicing the Chattanooga area since 1998.
