My next project: My current project is a 1988 transitional house that lacks any semblance of an identity. We loved the setting and location so against our better judgment my wife and I purchased the house about 2 years ago. Living through a series of seemingly never ending renovations has been a challenge at times but the house is finally starting to come together.

Commented: Window placement - align vertical sitelines? The way it is drawn looks great to me. Having the "outside edges" of the upper and lower level windows line up seems to make much more sense to me than worrying about the grids. Also with the awning...
