I am so thankful I hired Tracie to upgrade my home. My house was built in 2004 and the previous owners didn't upgrade anything. I was stuck with carpet throughout the house, linoleum floors in the kitchen and bathrooms along with cheap counter tops. The previous owners did, however, paint the walls some horrible brown color. The bathrooms were painted with what I call "prison cell grey." The fixtures also needed upgrading. This is the first home I ever bought, so I was overwhelmed until Tracie came into the picture. Tracie was awesome! When I asked her about paint colors, I expected an answer like, "go with a light blue," or something vague like that. Nope. Tracie provided the color code and a specific brand of paint. Tracie also recommended specific types of flooring (laminate & tiles), fixtures, back plashes and counter tops.
