5-Stars all the way! As an OCD/Perfectionist Interior Architectural Designer, I was thrilled the day I was introduced to Philip Oloo of SPACIALISTS. I love the fact that he: 1- takes direction well; 2- understands and appreciates great design; 3- is willing to do whatever it takes until Client is 100% satisfied; 4- is a kind human being; 5- his rates are super reasonable and fair; 6- he is completely professional; 7- SPACIALISTS is in the United States (I don't have to work with China's business hours). SPACIALISTS renderings are an excellent tool. The photorealistic renderings are AMAZING! Looks just like the finished product. The Developers were able to use SPACIALISTS renderings for Marketing purposes for 2+ years until our project was completed: Pacific Star Luxury Condominiums in Beverly Hills.

Spacialists Jen and Philip provided exceptional service for my project. They were extremely prompt, followed up with phone calls as well as e-mails, very quick turnaround time, with thoughtful creative work. I will absolutely work with them again and have not found any other company in the US or abroad who could provide renderings like this. Very professional and thoughtful.

We have used Spacialists for multiple projects. As a small architecture firm we use modeling programs on a regular basis, but we turn to Spacialists when need top quality presentation renderings. Spacialists has always been great to work with and they give us a higher quality, more cost effective product than we can produce in-house.

Phil and Jen worked on 3d rendering for a retail mall space for us. It was a pleasure working with them particularly we have a lot of specific design inputs. Phil is able to execute the ideas very well. They really stick to our deadlines by working around the clock given there are also 16 hours time difference with us. Well done!

Philip Oloo at spacialists produced renderings for both the interior and exterior of the remodel we are currently working on. He was able to take abstract (to me) plans and create a virtual space that is helping us make decisions that would have been almost impossible otherwise. He was very responsive and easy to work with. If the actual space comes close to the one in his rendering we will indeed be thrilled. Because our architect was the one who communicated with Philip initially -- which was absolutely necessary -- I didn't get involved until later and failed to ask enough questions about the process. For example, I never knew how much choice I had regarding the furniture depicted (I still don't) or light fixtures and as a result the ones used are not consistent with our style. This is only a minor distraction but it would be good to establish those issues from the beginning.
