I cannot say enough POSITIVE about the quality of work done by Kim at Southern Allure Staging & Design. She was able to stage our main living area of our 3700 sq ft home in a day and the charm and ambiance she created was better than I imagined. We had an offer on the house the day after she staged it and the day before it actually went on the market. I would have to say Kim and her work crew are neat, clean, professional, and provide great value for the money. I had the house cleaned the day before the staging so that the cleaners would not disturb any of her decor and that was the right decision. Kim left my home a showcase. Thank you Kim

Kimberly did an excellent job helping me! She certainly delivered beyond my expectations! When I employed Kimberly I was living in a newly purchased home, but most of my furniture and wall hangings were in my old house for staging. My new house has fewer walls so I knew I needed to dispose of a lot of furniture and wall hangings. I needed to know which items to move into my new house. The movers were already scheduled. I felt extremely overwhelmed with this task. I researched stagers and was drawn to employ Kimberly with Allure Staging. I could not be more happy with the results! Within a two hour timeframe Kimberly had walked through my new house, walked through my old house that was staged with my belongings, and told me which furniture pieces and wall hangings would work and where to place them in my new house. Every single recommendation Kimberly made has worked beautifully! She has that raw ability to quickly appraise the situation and intuitively visualize the outcome. I will definitely use Kimberly for all my ongoing projects as I decide to tweak my design along the way! I highly recommend her services. She was professional, responded quickly, and certainly exceeded my expectations.

Kim is awesome! She helped me with my girls bedrooms and are ADORABLE! Kim took existing pieces in their rooms and adding some decor as well. She was wonderful about communicating and staying in the budget. We will be using her again for other areas in our home. Kim left the sweetest notes on my girls beds when they came home from school after final decorating day. My girls have their notes on their bulletin boards still today! Kim met with them before working on their rooms to figure out their wishes and personalities. We love working with Kim!

Kim is excellent in her field. I have used her on several occasions to work with home owners to get their home staged and ready to get on the market. Wow!! Kimberly 100% delivers on what she promises. She said she could make my house look like a model home and she did exactly that. She used mostly items from my home and I rented accessories from her. Everyone that saw her finished work loved it. I got an offer for full listing price the FIRST day my house was on the market!! I decided that I wanted to change the décor in my home after 6 years and I didn't know where to start.
