About me: After many moves across several northern garden zones we are now retired and in a place where perennials might have a chance to spend three years in the same location! We also have another garden area further north on a small lake. Both areas are wooded and struggle to get sun.
Seed saving is new to me as I have always been a "dig it up" and take it with me gal.

Commented: Strawberries,cow manure,& wood ash? Zone 4a has gallardia, morning glories and anise hyssop seedlings. Three milk jugs down, 103 to go. Damn, this really works. Yes, I was really worrying I would be the one newbie with no sprouts!!!
